Description The caramelized dried malt extract is made from fine selected barley and caramelized malt, becomes liquid caramelized malt extract through enzymolysis, sacchrification and vacuum concentration processes. Then through vacuum band drying and multi steps shattering to be homogeneous crystal yellow to brownish powder..vor. Sensory Aspects: Crystal yellow to brownish powder; Aroma: Typical, natural and pleasant malt and caramelized aroma; Flavor: Caramelized, sweet and slight bitter malt flavor. Packaging In kraft paper with PE liner, with SKUs: 15kg/bag; 20kg/bag; 25kg/bag; Or customized per requirement. Labeling - Each SKU labeled with: Product Name; Product Date; Batch Number; Net Weight. Transportation Transportation vessels or vehicles must been clean, dry and with water-proof measures. Strictly forbidden shipping with other poisonous, hazardous, corrosive products or products with odour. Shelf Life 12 months under ambient storage condition.
