Malt Extract -- Extract Malt liquid Description The Liquid malt extract is made from fine selected barley and malt, through enzymolysis, sacchrification and vacuum concentration processes. The starch is broken down into biscchrides or monosacchrides as oligosaccharide, maltose, dextrose and fructose, insoluble protein is degraded into peptide fragments and amino acids. Sensory Aspects: Yellow to brownish viscid liquid; Aroma: Typical, natural and pleasant malt aroma; Flavor: Mild, sweet and slight bitter malt flavor. Packaging In metal or plastic drums, with SKUs; 80kg/drum; 275kg/drum; 1000kg/drum; Or customized per requirement. Labeling Each SKU labeled with: Product Name; Product Date; Batch Number; Net Weight. Transportation Transportation vessels or vehicles must been clean, dry and with water-proof measures. Strictly forbidden shipping with other poisonous, hazardous, corrosive products or products with odour. Shelf Life Metal drum: 6 months under ambient storage condition. Plastic drum: 30 days under ambient storage condition.
